Terms and Conditions
Livemusicpictures only sells Photographs that it owns the copywrite to.
By purchasing a print you have not purchased the copywrite - so you can not make or sell copies of that print.
Payment for prints online is by a third party, Paypal, Livemusicpictures does not receive details of purchasers credit/debit cards and so does not hold them on file.
Orders received via online payment are delt with immediately and although we welcome payment by Cheque or Postal order from the UK it will take slightly longer to process your order.
Orders for High resolution digital images are delt with immediately, once an account has been approved and opened. The price for the image is for a single use. The archiving of LMP photographs in digital libraries is permissable but the standard reproduction fee will be charged for each and any subsequent use.
Bills will be sent for each download and accounts should be settled monthly.
Display prints are supplied on a contract basis for a minimum of 6 months. The price plan is set depending on the length of contract and the number of photographs required.
If the photographs are not returned or are damaged at the end of the contract period, then the full price of each one will be charged less the hire charge for each print.
